Ramping up for Shine2008

Paul HendersonHello there, just a quick introduction while I help get the latest socialreporter.net site going for Shine2008.

I’ve been doing this for a while since I rashly suggested that we at ruralnet|uk should do a blog for the ruralnet|2005 conference, and then had to do it!
David WilcoxDavid Wilcox, Nick Temple and I will be covering Shine in a number of ways, principally video (see DC10plus for last week’s socialreporting ) using Qik live from mobile phones, more on that in a sec.

But it’s not just us, here – using the shine2008 tag anyone can join in with pictures on Flickr, following shine2008 on Twitter, hastags etc which the other guys have explained. See you there!

Twitter and shout

Shine logoFirst post on the new reporting space for the Shine Unconference and just to let everyone know that the key tag is shine2008 which you can use on flickr, delicious et al, as well as following updates on http://twitter.com/shine2008. See the Get Involved page to find out how you can contribute to this space.

We’ll also be finding the best ways to link across to the various Shine 2008 groups on different social networking sites….
